This story is what happens when you are afraid of being honest and when you give someone controll over you to blackmail your life. You could,,,, loose everything!!!???? Awesome.
My Review Summary
Author Shon Cole-Black is another author new to my book world.
Story line/Plot - The opening of the story line generated a standard interest. I then grew tired of the sexual contents but the plot continued to hold my interest. As the plot thicken I became angry with the protagonist, Rayquelle for the dumb decisions she repeated to make. Toward the end my reading pace picked up as the author indulged you into twist after twist. review rating 3.5
Plot traits family secrets, abuse, manipulation, low esteem, murder
Characters Well rounded characters. Favorite character Chance, In the end I felt heartache for him
Disliked character Ieisha, Rayquelle firend of the past that should of stayed in the past.
Unforgetable Moment -
Element of Surprise - The author had quite a few in this story line, and they popped off at the right moments with great delivery. One I recall is the mother's death. rating 4
Memorable quote/sentence Never Kiss, Never tell
Story transition - The plot was well written, all the occurrence and incidents moved well within the story line. review 4

The WRAP-UP I enjoyed this novel. The author placed the twisters in this book that drove it to home plate. Readers continue to read, the story line will become engaging and quite satisfying toward the end.
Very good book. Can't wait to read another exciting book by this aurthor . Exciting and a real page turner.
